Please use the form below to pay your US$50.00 non-refundable retainer fee to get on my waiting list (if one exists) or to submit payment for your invoice. You will receive a pre-design questionnaire within 2-3 business days.

I currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, eChecks and PayPal funds via PayPal. PayPal helps protect your credit card information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal, your financial information is never shared with the seller.

I also accept payments via Google Checkout, let me know if you prefer that method and I will send you a separate invoice.
