How much will my project cost?
Each project is different and the cost will vary depending on your needs. If you fill out or Proposal Request form, I will be able to build a package that fits your needs.
How soon can you start my project?
I take one project at a time to provide you with the attention that you need so most of the time I am not able to start your project right away. Feel free to contact me and ask about our current schedule.
How long will my project take?
Again, each project is different and how long a project takes depends on the size of your site. The design process can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months. Before I start your project, you will get a time line but keep in mind that this time line is given considering that you respond to my emails in a timely manner.
I want to use another shopping cart.
My Ecommcerce package include a shopping cart lifetime license but if you prefer to use another shopping cart, I can do that too. I have previously work with ZenCart, OSCommerce, Volusion, Aloha Cart, Sun Shop, Merchant Moms, WAHMShoppes and many more!

Are there any additional costs involved?
Not with Girly by Design. You will need to renew your hosting, domain registration and SSL certificate (if any). If you decide to use another shopping cart, you might need to make monthly or annual payments.
What payment options do you offer?
As a small business, I understand that you might be on a budget. You will need to make a payment of 20% of your total project cost to save your spot on our waiting list, 40% of the total project cost is due before I begin working on your project and the remaining balance (40%) is due once the project has been completed and prior to your website’s launch.
How do I pay you?
I accept online payments via PayPal and Google Checkout, you can use your Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and eChecks (eChecks payments need to be made in advance to allow enough time for the check to clear).
I need my existing website redesigned. Can you do this?
Yes! I can give your existing website a brand new look!
What is web hosting and why do I need it?
Web hosting will allow the world to see your website over the internet. Imagine that you have your website in your computer, only you can see it right? Well, a web host is like a computer on the internet… everybody can see it.
What is a domain and why do I need one?
Once your website is hosted and available online, you will need to tell people where they can see it. A domain (www.girlybydesign.com) is your web address.
Do I need to host with you?
I don’t offer hosting or domain registration services. I offer to purchase these for you since it can be intimidating for some people, but you own your domain and your hosting. Everything is transferred to you.
Will I be able to maintain my website once the project is completed?
I use programs that make it easy for you to update your entire website even if you don’t have any HTML knowledge. If you prefer to have me maintain your website for you so you can take care of other aspects of your business, I can do that too.
Do you offer pre-made templates?
Girly by Design specializes in custom designed, one of a kind designs. Every once in a while, I will offer pre-made templates and will advertise them on the home page. For clients on a tight budget, I offer semi-custom designs; instead of doing a full custom design which means I revise and work until you are 100% satisfied, I collect specific ideas you have, colors you want, etc and I design TWO ideas for you to pick from. Small changes can be made to these ideas (for example: colors, arrangement, etc). This still gives you a one of a kind look for a more affordable price.
Can I hire you to maintain my website?
Yes, you can! Even if you have a website created by another designer, we can maintain your website for you. I am currently only accepting ongoing maintenance services. If my schedule permits, I’ll do my best to take and accommodate one-time maintenance requests.
Can we talk on the phone?
I prefer email and messenger communication but I can always make arrangements to discuss your project over the phone.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits?
Yes! Feel free to contact me and ask.
